Guide for Graduating Students (Jan 11, 2024) 졸업예정자 안내



Congratulations on your graduation in the fall semester of 2023.
Graduating students are requested to submit the final confirmation as outlined below and attend the graduation ceremony.

 

1. Graduating Student Document Submission Guidelines



1. Final Confirmation for Graduating Students - Please fill out the attached form and get the signature from the Library, Business Office, and Academic Office.  After submitting the form, please be informed that the use of lockers and borrowing of books will not be allowed.
2. Graduating Student Survey - Online (https://forms.gle/QUBWjNPr9xzvQkmh9)
3. Questionnaire for 2024 Ph.D. Graduates (for PhD only) – Hand-in to the Academic Office or online (http://www.narastat.kr/emdh)

• Final Confirmation Submission: 12/4 (Mon) – 12/15 (Fri) 9:00-17:00



2. Commencement
 

1. Commencement: January 11, 2024 (Thu) 10:30 AM, Sarang Hall
2. Graduates' rehearsal will be held at 9:00 AM at Ha Yongjo Chapel. All graduates must attend the rehearsal.
   If you cannot attend the graduation ceremony, please inform Wonhee Lee in advance. (wh.lee@ttgu.ac.kr)
    
3. Graduation Gown Rental
   • On the day of the graduation ceremony, time is limited due to orientation, so please visit the school during the following period to rent a gown in advance.
   • Gown Rental Period: 1/3 (Wed) – 1/10 (Wed) 10:00-16:00 (excluding weekends and lunchtime)
   • Place: Academic Office / Deposit: TBA
   • Return: Return the gown at Ha Yongjo Chapel on the graduation day.



3. Torch Trinity Alumni Membership
 

1. Graduating students will automatically become a member of the alumni association upon graduation.
2. Joining the alumni association and receiving a gift will take place at Ha Yongjo Chapel when returning the gown.



4. Update Personal Information / Organize Email Inbox
 

1. Please update your personal information through the TTGU online service.
2. The school email account (@ttgu.ac.kr) will only be usable until February 2024, after which the account will be closed. Graduates are advised to personally store emails, contacts, files saved in the drive, etc.

2023학년도 가을학기 졸업을 축하드립니다. 

졸업예정자께서는 아래와 같이 최종 졸업확인서를 제출하시고, 졸업식에 참석하여 주시기 바랍니다.



1. 졸업예정자 제출서류 안내
 

1. 졸업예정자 최종확인서 - 첨부파일을 작성하여 사무처와 도서관에서 확인받은 뒤 교학처로 최종 제출하여 주십시오. 최종확인서를 제출하신 후에는 사물함 사용과 도서 대출이 불가합니다.
2. 졸업예정자 설문지 – 온라인 제출 (https://forms.gle/QUBWjNPr9xzvQkmh9)
3. 박사조사설문지 (박사학위취득자만 제출합니다) – 교학처로 직접 또는 온라인 제출 (http://www.narastat.kr/emdh)

• 최종확인서 제출: 12/4 (월) – 12/15 (금) 9:00-17:00



2. 졸업식 안내
 

1. 졸업식 일시/장소: 2024년 1월 11일 (목) 10:30AM 사랑성전
2. 졸업생 리허설은 당일 오전 9:00AM, 하용조홀에서 진행됩니다. 모든 졸업생은 리허설에 반드시 참석하여 주십시오.
   졸업식 참석을 못하시는 경우, 교학처 이원희 계장에게 미리 말씀하여 주시기 바랍니다. (wh.lee@ttgu.ac.kr)
    
3. 졸업가운 대여
   • 졸업식 당일은 오리엔테이션 등으로 시간이 부족하기 때문에 아래 기간 중 학교를 방문하여 미리 가운을 대여하셔야 합니다.
   • 졸업가운 대여기간: 1/3 (수) – 1/10 (수) 10:00-16:00 (주말 및 점심시간 제외)
   • 장소: 교학처 / 보증금: 추후공지
   • 반납: 졸업식 후 당일 하용조홀에서 반납합니다.



3. 횃불트리니티 동문회 가입
 

1. 졸업과 동시에 동문회에 가입됩니다.
2. 가운 반납시 하용조홀에서 동문회 가입 및 선물 증정이 있습니다.



4. 개인 정보 업데이트 / 메일함 정리
 

1. TTGU 온라인서비스를 통해 변경된 개인 정보를 업데이트 해주시길 바랍니다.
2. 학교이메일 계정은 2024년 2월까지만 사용할 수 있고 그 이후에는 계정이 닫힙니다. 졸업생은 메일함, 연락처, 드라이브에 저장한 파일 등은 개인적으로 별도 보관하시기 바랍니다.
