서울시가 설립하고 대산문화재단이 운영하는 서울시립청소년문화교류센터(이하 ‘미지센터’)는 다문화 시대에 우리 청소년들이 인문적 소양과 상생의 지혜를 갖춘 세계시민으로 성장하도록 지원하고 있습니다.
미지센터에서는 문화다양성을 소재로 다양한 나라의 문화를 소개하는 “뿌리깊은세계유산” 프로그램에 함께할 한국인·외국인 강사단을 모집합니다. 한국인·외국인 강사가 함께 팀을 이루어 외국인 강사 국가의 문화를 소개하는 강의를 준비하여, 서울 소재 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 대면수업을 진행합니다. 관심 있는 지원자 여러분들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.
1. 강사 지원 자격
- 청소년들과 양방향 소통할 수 있는 밝은 에너지를 소유한 사람
- 문화 다양성 교육 및 타문화 교류에 관심 있는 만19세 이상 한국인 또는 외국인
- 한국인 강사의 경우 영어로, 외국인 강사의 경우 한국어로 기본적인 소통이 가능한 사람
- 프로그램 진행 기간 내 오리엔테이션과 워크숍, 강의 시연 등 수업 준비 및 진행과 관련된 전 일정에 참석 가능한 사람
- 외국인 지원자의 경우, 한국 내 거주 기간이 6개월 이상이 된 자(혹은 6개월 이상 머무를 예정인 자)
2. 강사 혜택
- 서울시 초등학생을 대상으로 수업을 직접 진행해 볼 수 있는 기회
- 세계유산 및 문화 다양성 교육 현장에 선생님으로서 직접 참여할 수 있는 기회
- 국·영문 활동증명서 발급
- 활동비 지원(1회 학교 현장수업(2시간) 기준 60,000원)
※ 외국인 지원자의 경우, 활동비 지급이 가능한 비자를 소지자에 한함(출입국사무소 등 관련 내용 개별 확인)
※ 활동비는 강사 본인 명의 계좌로 입금됩니다.
3. 프로그램 일정
- 수업 대상 : 서울 초등학교 3~6학년 학생
- 오리엔테이션 및 팀별 워크숍 : 8월 3일(토) 13:00-18:00
- 강의 시연 : 총 2회 (8/19~23 중 1회, 9/13~14 중 1회)
- 대면수업 : 9월 20일(금)~12월 6일(금) 매주 금요일 9:00~13:00
※ 원활한 수업 진행을 위해 모든 사전 일정(오리엔테이션 및 워크숍, 강의 시연)에 참석해야 하며, 불참시 합격이 취소될 수 있습니다.
※ 상기 일정 및 조건은 프로그램 및 센터 사정에 의해 추가 또는 변경될 수 있습니다.
4. 지원방법 및 선발과정

5. 유의사항
- 원활한 온라인 수업과 프로그램 진행을 위해 모든 일정에 참석해야 하며, 불참 시 합격이 취소될 수 있습니다.

- 활동비는 강사 본인 계좌로 입금됩니다.
- 각 팀별 수업 진행 횟수는 신청 학급 수에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 수업 진행 횟수가 3회 이상일 시 8.8%의 소득세를 제외한 금액으로 활동비가 지급됩니다.

Description
MIZY Center, also known as Seoul Youth Center for Cultural Exchange, is established by Seoul Metropolitan Government to support youth to develop into global citizens.
MIZY Center is looking for a group of Korean and foreign instructors who will participate in the “Deep Rooted World Heritage” program which introduces cultures of various countries based on Cultural Diversity. In this program, Korean and foreign instructors work in pair together as a team to prepare and give On-site lectures for elementary school students in Seoul. We are looking forward to the interested applicant’s participation.
1. Qualification
- A person with bright energy who can communicate with students in both directions
- Foreigners and Koreans over 19 years old who is interested in cultural diversity education.
- Ability to communicate in Korean and English
(Basic English skill is needed for Korean applicants, for foreign applicants basic Korean skill is needed.)
- Required attendance at all program schedules (including orientation and training activities) and lecture classes.
- A person who has stayed or will stay in Korea for 6 months or more.
※ For foreign applicants, must have valid visa to receive expenses. (Applicants should check visa type and details to immigration)
2. Benefits
- Opportunity to give On-site lectures to elementary school students
- Opportunity to be an instructor based on cultural diversity
- Certification both in Korean and English
- Expenses will be provided (60,000KRW per one lecture, the lecture will take 2hours for each.)

3. Program Schedule
- Age of Students : 3rd-6th grade elementary school students
- Orientation & Workshop : August 3rd(Sat) 13:00~18:00
- Lecture Demonstration: Twice among dates below
1) ONCE among August 19th ~ 23rd
2) ONCE between September 13th and 14th
- On-site class : September 20th (Fri) ~ December 6th(Fri) Every Friday 9:00~13:00

- Please remember, all schedules are compulsory to attend for every instructor. Absence may lead to the cancellation of admission.
- Program orientation and team workshop will be held on August 3rd (Sat) 13:00~18:00
- Expenses for your On-site lecture will be transferred in to instructors’ own banking account in December, once all the program and activities are done. (8.8% of income tax will be deducted from the payment.)
