Central Christian Academy (CCA) is a K-12 school based in Suwon. Our curriculum follows the Korean national curriculum with a strong emphasis on the bilingual program. We are looking for mission-minded and dedicated teachers with academic and professional experience teaching classes to students of diverse English-speaking abilities.  What follows are brief descriptions of working conditions, responsibilities you are expected to fulfill as a CCA English teacher, and salaries and benefits you can expect to receive in return:

1) Location: Suwon, South Korea (Gwanggyo Lake).

2) Duties/Responsibilities: Teaching English

3) Regular Working Hours:

●        8am to 4pm  on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

●        8am to 3:30pm on Wednesdays

4) Starting Date: February, 1, 2025

5) Qualifications:

●        A dedicated and mature Christian

●        A bachelor's degree (preferably in education or English teaching)

●        Proven experience teaching English classes

●        A native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills

●        A commitment to a minimum two-year contract (initial year only)

6) Salaries and Benefits

●     2,300,000 ~3,000,000 won per month depending on your professional experience

●     Airfare Subsidy of up to 2,400,000

●     Four major social insurance; National Pension Fund, National Health Insurance, Employment Insurance, and Worker’s Compensation Insurance

●     Stipend for Housing  of 550,000 won per month

●     Settlement Bonus of 400,000 won for new employees
