1. Applicant Eligibility: Spring 2025 New students &Continuing students (Except Stop-out students)
2. Application Period: Thu, Feb.20 ~ Fri, Feb.21
3. How to Apply:

Go to TTGU Online Service (https://ams.ttgu.ac.kr/) and log in ->Click “Dormitory Application” ->Click “Add” (at the top right corner) ->Check the Contents -> Check (or select) “Year / Semester” and select “Type of Dormitory” ->Click “Save” |

4. How to Check the Result (From Mon, Feb. 24)

Go to TTGU Online Service(https://ams.ttgu.ac.kr/) and log in |

Click “Dormitory Application” -> If you have been assigned a dormitory, the “Status” of the applied Year / Semester will appear as “Approved”. If not assigned, it will appear as (application) “Returned”. |

5. Dormitory Fee Payment
*Spring Dormitory Fee Payment Due: By Tue, Feb. 25
* Please transfer the dorm fee by your name after dormitory assignment is announced.

7. Other Notes
1) Dormitory students are selected based on commuting distance, etc.
2) Resident check-in is available only after the dorm fee has been fully paid.
4) Notes for newly checking in
- Please submit a tuberculosis test certificate before check-in. Please keep in mind that it takes approximately 5 days for a tuberculosis test certificate to be issued after the test. (Applicable to all except for those students who have been staying at the dorm since winter 2024)
- when checking in. Korean students, please also bring a copy of your resident registration certificate (주민등록등본).
- Please be sure to bring your own bedding.

본교 Online Service (온라인서비스) https://ams.ttgu.ac.kr/ 에 접속 후 로그인 -> “기숙사신청” 메뉴 클릭 -> “신규입력” 버튼(우측 상단) 클릭 -> 내용 확인 -> “학년도/학기” 확인(선택) 및 “기숙사 구분” 선택 -> “저장” 버튼 클릭 |

4. 선발결과 발표일: 2025. 2. 24. (월)

온라인 서비스“기숙사신청” 메뉴 확인: 선발된 경우, 신청한 학년도/학기 기숙사에 대한“상태”가 “승인” 으로 표시되며 미선발된 경우에는 “반려” 로 표시됨 |

* 봄학기 기숙사비 납부 마감: 2025. 2. 25. (화). 까지
* 선발 결과 발표 후, 신청자 이름으로 입금해 주십시오

- 결핵 검사 진단서를 입사 전까지 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 입사 시 한국 학생분들은 주민등록등본을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 침구류를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 기타사항
1) 입사자는 통학거리 등을 기준으로 선발합니다.
2) 기숙사비 완납 시에만 입사 가능합니다. (TSMS 전액장학생은 제외)
