I came to Torch for many reasons. What appealed to me the most was that the school strongly emphasized missions. Also, the Islamic Studies Center caught my attention as well because I am preparing to go back to Gambia, where I was a missionary. Gambia is 90% Islamic. It's been a month in and I love the community life within my class, the dormitory, and the school body as a whole. I love and appreciate that the professors are very open and relational. They focus on raising ministers for the Kingdom of God. Lastly, due to the fast that this school has representatives from many different nations, its a privilege to learn about different cultures and to hear of what God is doing all over the world.
