For Graduating Students
1. "Intention to Graduate Approval Form"
l Submission Period: Dec. 7(Wed) ~ 20(Tue)
l Please download the form on the school website and submit it to the Academic/ Admissions office before the Graduation. After filling out this form, you are not able to use your locker and borrow any books from the Library.
2. Invitation Card/ Academic Admissions Office
The card is placed in the Academic Admissions Office. Students are allowed to have up to 3 copies.
3. Borrow a Gown/ Academic Admissions Office
l Rental Period: Dec. 19(Mon) ~ 26(Mon) -Not available on weekends.
l Fee: 50,000won
(Dry Cleaning Fee: 10,000won, Alumni Membership Fee: 40,000won)
l Please visit the Academic Admissions office and bring your shopping bag for a gown.
4. Graduation Day : Dec.27(Tue), 10:30am, Love Hall
u Graduating students must come to Room 101 by 9:00 am.
l If you are not able to attend the Commencement Ceremony due to personal matter, please contact Ms. Ellie Kim in advance at the Academic Admissions Office.
l Men and Women should both wear black outfit. (skirt, stocking, pants, shoes etc.)
5. Update your information
lPlease update your modified personal information through the new online service.
※ ThM students - Thesis
l Please Submit 5 bound copies of thesis & a CD(PDF file) to the Library with the form, “Permission for Thesis Use in Public”, by Friday, Dec. 16th
l Before you make the Bound copies, please get the advisor & Readers’ signature on the cover pages.

l 학교 홈페이지에서 양식을 다운 받으신 후, 졸업 전에 교학처에 제출해 주시길 바랍니다. 이 양식을 제출하신 후에는 사물함 사용과 도서 대출이 불가함을 유의하여 주십시오.
2. 졸업식 초대장 / 교학처
교학처에 초대장이 비치되어 있습니다. 1인당 최대 3장까지 가져가실 수 있습니다.
3. 가운 대여 / 교학처
l 대여기간: 12월 19일(월) ~ 26(월) ?주말 휴무
l 금액: 50,000원
(세탁비: 10,000원, 동문회 가입회비: 40,000won)
l 가운을 담아가실 쇼핑백을 지참하시고 교학처를 방문해 주시길 바랍니다.
4. 졸업식 : 12월 27일(화) 오전 10시 30분, 사랑성전
u 졸업예정자는 오전 9시까지 101호로 오셔야 합니다.
l 개인 사유로 인해 졸업식 참석이 어려우신 경우, 교학처의 김지영 선생에게 미리 말씀하여 주시길 바랍니다.
l 남학생과 여학생 모두 검은색 계열의 옷을 착용해 주시길 바랍니다. (치마, 스타킹, 바지, 신발 등)
