Spring 2012 Course Add/Drop

1. How?
Add or drop your courses at the New Online Service. [Course Registration] > [Course Add/drop].
2. Tuition & Course Registration
l Full-time students can add/drop courses once they have paid their tuition (Feb 21 ? Mar 4). Tuition bill is now available at the New Online Service [Registration] > [Print Tuition Bill].
l Expat students should first register for the courses and pay their tuition afterwards (Mar 13-16). Expat students pay by credit.
3. Selecting Tracks
Following students are to select their tracks before they add/drop classes. [Records] > [Selecting Track] a Desired Track
- EMDiv 3rd semester students
- EMA in CC new students
* MEd students have their desiring tracks listed already.
4. Class Substitution / Independent Study
Separate Application Period: Tue. Feb. 21 ? Sat. Mar. 3
These are allowed only for exceptional cases when a required class is not being offered or the schedule is overlapping with another required class. Final approval is needed from the Program Director (Academic Dean for the Independent study). Application forms are available at the Academic/Admissions Office.
5. Other Important Facts
l For MDiv Students
Spiritual Formation classes are required throughout the years of study. Since you need to take the spiritual formation classes total 6 times, please make sure you do not miss any each semester. (For track B, total 4 times; 1st ? 4th semester).
- Spring: PT5070 (1st sem.), PT6070 (3rd sem.), PT7070 (5th sem. for track A&C)
- Fall: PT5080 (2nd sem.), PT6080 (4th sem.), PT7090 (6th sem. for track A&C)
l For MA/MTS/MEd/ThM Students
Field Education (F/E): You are required to fulfill a certain number of field education experiences during your studies. Please make sure you register for the field education I-III (GI1010-1030) during the course registration (add/drop) period if you are planning to fulfill the field education this semester. Course registration is essential in order to get a grade at the end of the semester when you submit the F/E report.
6. Registered Course List Submission (Sat. Mar. 10 ? Fri. Mar. 16)
Once the add/drop period is over, please print out 2 copies of the registered course list from [Course Registration] > [Registered Course List] and hand in 1 copy to your Academic Advisor, the other one to the Academic/Admissions office.

1. 수강정정방법
New Online Service의 [수강업무] > [수강신청/수강정정] 메뉴에서 수강신청 또는 취소가 가능합니다.
2. 등록금 납부와 수강정정
l 일반 재학생의 경우 등록금 납부(2/21-3/4) 이후 수강정정이 가능합니다. 등록금고지서는 New Online Service의 [등록업무] > [고지서출력] 메뉴에서 지금 출력하실 수 있습니다.
l EXPAT (파트타임) 학생의 경우 수강정정을 먼저 완료하고, 이후 3/13-16의 기간 동안 학점당 등록금을 납부하게 됩니다.
3. 트랙 선택
아래에 해당되는 학생들은 수강정정을 하기에 앞서 자신의 트랙을 선택하여 주시기 바랍니다. [학적업무] > [트랙선택] a 희망Track
- 영어 MDiv 과정 3학기 진입생
- 영어 MA 기독교상담학과 신입생
* MEd 과정 학생들의 경우 각자가 희망한 트랙이 학사행정시스템에 이미 반영되었습니다.
