Using the E-Attendance System

MDiv, MA, MTS, MEd program classes will be using the E-Attendance System from Fall 2013 semester. Please thumb attendance (or tick your Student ID Card) on the attendance checking device before you go into the classroom.

A student is considered

l On Time ? Until 10 minutes after class starts
(Thumbing is available from 10 minutes ahead of class starting time)

l Late ? After 10 minutes

You must thumb attendance within the first 10 minutes in order to avoid lateness.

* The attendance for ThM / PhD classes and Biweekly classes will be taken manually and not by the E-Attendance System.

* If your fingerprint (or Student ID Card) is not yet registered for the E-Attendance System, please register at the Academic/Admissions Office.

* You will be able to check your own attendance records at the Online Service (E-Attendance System). The user guidelines will be provided in near future.

전자출결시스템 사용

2013학년도 가을학기부터 MDiv, MA, MTS, MEd 과정 수업은 전자출결시스템을 사용하게 됩니다. 강의실에 들어가기 전에 지문/학생증을 출석기에 인식하여주시기 바랍니다.

지문/학생증 인식시점 별 출석기준

l (정시)출석: 수업 시작 10분 전부터 수업 시작 후 10분까지

l 지각: 수업 시작 후 10분 이후

수업 시작 10분 전부터 출석 인식이 가능하며, 수업 시작 후 10분 내에 지문/학생증을 인식해야 지각처리가 되지 않습니다.

* ThM / PhD 수업 및 격주로 이루어지는 수업의 출석관리는 전자출결시스템이 아닌, 수기로 이루어집니다.

* 전자출결시스템에 지문 또는 학생증이 아직 등록되지 않은 경우, 교학처로 방문하여 등록하여 주시기 바랍니다.

* 본인의 출결기록은 온라인 서비스 (E-Attendance System)에서 확인할 수 있을 예정이며, 사용자 가이드가 곧 제공될 예정입니다.
