새 학생증 발급 서비스 2차 신청 기간 (우리은행 체크카드 기능 겸용)

2014학년 신학기부터는 본교 학생증이 우리은행 체크카드기능을 겸비한 학생증으로 변경됨에 따라, 현재 재학중인 학생들께 미리 학생증을 무료로 교체할 수 있는 기회를 드리고자 1차 신청기간을 가졌으나 신청자의 수가 저조하여 한번 더 신청기간을 열기로 우리은행에 요청하였습니다.
재학생 여러분께서는 2014년 새학기부터는 신입생부터 우선 발급 진행되기에 지금 신청을 하시는 것이 좋습니다.
반드시 아래 링크되어 있는 '학생증 신청절차 안내' 를 클릭하여 신청 순서에 따라 해주시기 바랍니다.

* 2차 신청기간: 2013년 11월 19일(화)-21일(목)

* 신청방법:
A: 한국인학생 (아래의 '학생증 신청절차 안내' 참조):

1) 온라인 신청(우리은행 홈페이지) - 사진 업로드 필수
2) 신청양식 출력(총 6부)및 싸인
3) 본교 교학처에 제출 - (신분증 사본 1장 포함)

B: 외국인학생:
1) 본교 교학처 사무실방문
2) 영문 신청양식 작성
3)우리은행(양재남지점) 방문 창구에 직접제출

New Student ID Card Issuing Service Open (With Woori Check Card Function)

With the plan of changing the ID Card to have additional function of the Woori Bank Check Card as of the academic year 2014, we are offering free student ID card changing service to current students in advance. It is last chance to issue new student ID card earlier than New Students before the spring semester 2014.

*Application Period(2nd): November 19-21, 2013
*Application Method:

A. Korean Students (Please Click the blue icon)
1) Fill out the online application(Woori bank home-page) * Upload your photo
2) Print the application form(6 pages) and sign on the forms
3) Submit the forms to the Academic/Admissions Office

B. International Students
1) Visit the Academic/Admissions Office
2) Fill out the English Application Form
3) Go to the Woori Bank YangJae Nam Branch (the nearest Woori bank from School) and Submit the form to the designated desk
