All applicants seeking admission to the Torch Strategic Mission Scholarship program must first submit the online pre-application.

The pre-application is to examine your eligibility for the TSMS program before you actually submit a full application. The Admissions office will review the credentials of the applicant’s acquired degree(s) and English language proficiency. Only completed applications are reviewed in the order they are submitted, so we encourage you to submit your pre-application well in advance of the deadline.
 

Results will be informed to individual applicants within one month.
