Together Project
Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to activate spontaneous and voluntary small groups that pursue the mission and vision of TTGU and bring unity and fellowship to the TTGU community.
Expected Results:
1. To form a like-minded cohort group with similar vision and interest and to keep the relationship until and even beyond graduation.
2. To provide the opportunity to cultivate a bond between Korean and English program students, between classes of each year, and between the students and alumni.
3. To encourage and maximize the initiative and spontaneous spirit to form small groups among students and faculty members.
Guidelines:
1. Nature and Characteristics of Group
a. Groups can be diverse according to their own respective interests and commitments.
e.g. NGO Project (related to ministry startup), Reading Christian Classics (related to study), Guitar Lesson Class (related to hobby), etc.
b. Though groups can be diverse in their nature, they need to be fit to the purpose and expected results of the Together Project as stated above.
2. Formation and Gathering of Group
a. Minimum at least 5 founding members are required.
b. Mixture of English and Korean program students is desirable.
c. Minimum number of gathering is 8 times a year.
d. Plan a site visit or outreach per semester related to the nature of a group during reading week or vacation.
e. A professor/mentor’s supervision is recommended for each group.
f. In order to start a group, each group facilitator (representative) must submit the application form to the staff in the Academic Office (Ms. Hye Jung Joo).
3. Support from Alumni Association
a. Financial support as well as networking are available through the TTGU Alumni Association for active groups by submitting a plan and a presentation of the activities.
Criteria for financial support:
i. Special priority is given to those groups related to ministry startup that is creative, pioneering, and self-supporting in contributing to the needs of the Church and Kingdom of God today.
ii. Next priority is given to those groups that can significantly contribute to the unity and fellowship of the TTGU community.
b. Those groups that need financial support must submit the application form with remark on the financial support wanted.
c. Those groups that receive financial support should display their activities during Mission/Ministry Exploration Week. Their reports can be the evidences for considering the continuation of support.

a. Chapel Announcement: March 9 (Thursday)
b. Formation of Group and Submission of Application Form: by March 31 (Friday)
c. Decision for Financial Support: April 7 (Friday)
d. Start of Group Activities: from April 1

투게더 프로젝트(Together Project)
취지: 횃불트리니티가 추구하는 선교 및 사역비전에 부합하는 자발적 소그룹모임의 결성과 횃불트리니티 공동체의 연합과 유대감을 함께 도모해 갈 수 있는 소그룹모임을 활성화 하는데 그 취지를 둔다.
기대효과:
1. 비슷한 비전과 취향을 가진 자들이 자발적으로 함께 모여 하나의 동아리(cohort)로서의 유대감 을 졸업 때까지 유지하며, 심지어 그 이후에도 지속될 수 있도록 해준다.
2. 평소엔 잘 만날 수 없는 구성원 상호간(영어 및 한국어과정 간, 각 학년 간, 재학생 및 동문 간,
학생 및 교직원 간)을 함께 묶어줄 수 있는 장이 마련된다.
3. 학생 뿐 아니라 교수들도 자발적 모임의 형성에 주도적으로 참여하여 교내 동아리 형태의 활동을
더욱 고무하며 극대화시킨다.
가이드라인:
1. 모임의 성격
a. 그룹은 그 성격상 사역관련 동아리(예, NGO창업), 학업관련 동아리(예, 기독교고전읽기),취미관련 동아리(예, Guitar배우기) 등 다양할 수 있다.
b. 어떠한 형태가 되는 위에 언급된 취지와 기대효과에 부합할 수 있어야 한다.
2. 구성 및 모임방안
a. 그룹 구성원은 최소 5명이어야 한다.
b. 그룹은 영어과정과 한국어과정 학생들이 같이 참여함을 권장한다.
c. 그룹은 1년에 최소 8번 이상 모이는 것으로 한다.
d. 그룹은 학기 중 한 기간을 정해 (예, Reading Week, 학기말 이후 방학기간 중) 현장방문, 아웃리치 등의 기회를 가지도록 한다.
e. 그룹은 지도교수나 멘토 1인을 두도록 한다.
f. 모든 그룹은 지원서(양식 제공)를 작성하여 교학처에 제출한다 (담당: 주혜정 선생).
3. 동문회 후원
a. 동문회는 투게더 프로젝트에 적극적인 지원이 필요할 경우 동문들이나 기타 전문가들의 인적 네트워크, 재정지원 등과 같은 형태의 지원을 제공할 수 있다.
재정지원을 받을 수 있는 평가기준의 우선순위는 다음과 같다:
i. 하나님나라와 교회사역에 기여할 수 있는 일환으로 특히 이 시대가 요구하는 창의적(creative)이고 개척자적(pioneering)이며 자조적(self-supporting)인 사역창업(Ministry Startup)과 관련된 프로젝트
ii. 횃불트리니티 공동체의 연합과 유대감 형성에 기여하는 면
b. 이와 같은 후원을 원하는 그룹은 지원서를 작성할 때 재정지원 신청란에 그 의사를 표시하여 제출한다.
c. 재정지원을 받는 그룹은 선교/사역 탐방주간에 활동내용을 전시하도록 하고, 이는 지속적 후원여부의 근거자료가 될 수 있다.
4.추진일정(Timeline)
a. 채플공고: 3월9일(목) 채플에서
b. 모임결성 및 지원서 제출기간: 3월31일(금)까지
c. 재정지원을 위한 투게더 프로젝트 심사발표: 4월7일(금)
d. 모임시작: 4월1일부터
