Apply/Renew for PhD carrel

박사학위 열람석 신청안내

 

1. 신청기간 : 2017년 8월 7일(월) ~ 8월 16일(수) 오후 4시 까지

Period of Carrel Application: Aug. 7 (Mon) to 16 (Wed), 4:00PM

 

2. 사용기간 : 2017년 8월 21일(월) ~ 2018년 2월 23일(금)

Period of using Carrel: from Aug. 21 (Mon) to Feb. 23 (Fri) 2018.

단, 겨울방학 중 PhD 열람실 개조공사가 있는 경우, 공사기간에는 이용하실 수 없습니다.
But, it is not available to use for the PhD carrel renewal construction. The construction period will be announced later.

3. 신청대상 : 본교 PhD (논문학기) 재학생

Applicant: Students in PhD (for thesis)

 

4. 제출서류 : 신청서 1부 (신규 신청시 사진 부착)

도서관 홈페이지 게시판에서 다운 가능

Document that you need : Application Form(with your photo)

6. 제출방법(How to Apply)

(1) 대출대에 직접 제출바람

Send me the your application form directly at circulation desk.

(2) 방문이 어려운 경우, 신청서를 작성한후 메일에 첨부하여 대출열람 사서에게(wh.lee@ttgu.ac.kr) 신청 (단, 추후에 방문시 본인 싸인을 해야하며, 이메일 송수신이상으로 인한 책임은 도서관에서 지지 않음)

If you can’t come the library, please send it by email(wh.lee@ttgu.ac.kr). But, we don’t have any responsibility for email problems.
