SEEKING PART-TIME ENGLISH MINISTRY PASTOR
Dream Church English Ministry located in Ansan near Han-Yang Univ. Ansan campus is
seeking a part-time EM pastor to begin December 2020.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead English Ministry Department
- Lead and preach Sunday sermons
- Provide spiritual leadership and discipleship /membership training to English Ministry
(EM) congregation members - Provide pastoral counseling
- Lead in planning, executing and evaluating ministry events/programs throughout the year, including retreats, community outreach projects etc.
Qualifications
- Master of Divinity or equivalent from an accredited seminary (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Experience in English Ministry is preferred.
- Possess a calling to shepherd a multi-ethnic/multi-culture congregation
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. Fluency in spoken Korean is desirable but not required.

- Personal Testimony & vision statement for EM.
- Recordings of 1or 2 preached sermons via web address or video file
- 2 Recommendation Letters from ministry partners or leaders with contact information
(available to hand in when having interview, or send it as scanned file via e-mail.) - Eligible to work in Korea
- Scanned Certificate of Ordination (if ordained.)
- Scanned diploma and transcript from the highest level of education completed.
